Marlborough town hall registry office wedding ceremony

The registry office in Marlborough has some great opportunities for couples to have a ceremony, and I loved the place. Susie and Sam had their wedding ceremony in a room called the Council Chamber, which holds about 26 people and is perfect for an intimate ceremony with immediate family and a couple of close friends.

There is a stained glass window at the back of the room with an ornate chair for the signing, and it is just wonderful. The town hall also has some great opportunities for photos with a great backdrop.

For our group photos, we took advantage of the steps in front of the building. The light was gorgeous on this sunny day in February (however quite challenging for the photographer ), and it made for some stunning shots of the couple and their guests.

If you’re getting married in Wiltshire or nearby areas and you want an intimate, charming ceremony, this is the perfect place for you!
